expansion of operations in the future
For our international operations, we also lease, on a month-to-month basis, flexible warehouse space in multiple countries in Asia and Europe,
the largest of which is located in the Netherlands. This flexible warehouse space is devoted to international distribution of our products.
In general, our properties are well maintained, adequate and suitable for their purposes, and we believe these properties will meet our
operational needs for the foreseeable future. If we require additional warehouse or office space, we believe we will be able to obtain such space
on commercially reasonable terms.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
In the normal course of business, the Company is a party to various legal claims, actions and complaints. Although it is not possible to predict
with certainty whether the Company will ultimately be successful in any of these legal matters, or what the impact might be, the Company
believes that the disposition of these matters will not have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial position, results of operations or
cash flows.
