Market Information.
Our common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "ELNK." The following table sets forth the
high and low sale prices for our common stock for the periods indicated, as reported by the NASDAQ Global Market.
The last reported sale price of our common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market on January 30, 2015 was $4.22 per share.
Holders.
There were 1,293 holders of record of our common stock on January 30, 2015.
Dividends.
We began paying quarterly cash dividends in 2009. During the years ended December 31, 2012, 2013 and 2014, cash dividends
declared were $0.20, $0.20 and $0.20 per common share, respectively, and total dividend payments were $21.1 million, $20.8 million and $16.0
million, respectively. The decision to declare future dividends is made at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on, among
other things, our results of operations, financial condition, cash requirements, investment opportunities and other factors the Board of Directors
may deem relevant. In addition, the agreements governing our Senior Secured Notes and Senior Notes and senior secured revolving credit
facility contain restrictions on the amount of dividends we can pay. For further information regarding these restrictions, see Note 10, "Long-
Term Debt and Capital Lease Obligations," to our Consolidated Financial Statements.
