Annual Meeting
The Company’s Annual Meeting of

Dividends
The Company has never declared or paid
any cash dividends on its Common Stock.
The Board of Directors currently intends
to retain any future earnings to support
operations and to finance the growth and
development of the Company’s business
and does not anticipate paying cash
dividends for the foreseeable future.

on the Nasdaq National Market under the
symbol DRIV since August 11, 1998. Prior
to that date, there was no public market for
Digital River Common Stock. The quotations
