As of December 31, 2006, we had 1183 employees, including 715 in Research and Development, 105 in Production and Quality Assurance, 252 in Sales and
Marketing and 111 in Administration. Our employees are not represented by a collective bargaining agreement and we have never experienced any related work
stoppage.
